Pür Recording Studio
After having designed his control & live room in 2016, Frank asked our help with the acoustics for a second Control Room. The solution for him was several specially tuned membrane traps along with our best attempt at creating a BNE room; since his shell walls were mostly concrete. Excellent results were achieved by his team’s attention to detail.
The Arch Recording Studio is built in an old cathedral church that was purchased by the company. Extensive remodeling included beefing up the floors, etc. All the treatment was custom-built here in Indonesia by Brandt Audio Devices and shipped via container to the UK. It's made from solid Meranti hardwood (Indonesian mahogany).
120 m2 of studio facilities offer a highly flexible workflow throughout the studio, including 96 patchable audio lines, a dedicated talkback system, remote recording, and the potential for live scoring to film.
This film composer's production suite is built within a media office in a former fishery warehouse in central Barcelona, with residential apartments above. The starting space was small but we found a balance between excellent acoustics and sufficient soundproofing. Measurements show we managed both. Totally silent HVAC and air renovation were also a top requirement.
We did a major restoration/rebuild of an existing practice room/studio in Montreal. The build and excellent finishing were provided by Mark Littlefield, who also built Damian Taylor’s room for us.
The Blasting Room is a recording studio in Fort Collins, Colorado. Founded by members of the punk rock band All in 1994, it is owned and operated by musicians Bill Stevenson and Jason Livermore.
We helped with this 200m2 studio complex in Alufa, Israel. It features BNE acoustics in the control room and the large recording room is designed for multi-player recording with minimum leakage according to BBC agreements from Abbey Road Studios.
Cederberg Studios is a 250 sqm studio complex that includes a large recording room, two separate recording booths, and a spacious control room,. We designed the control room as a Dolby approved Atmos music studio with a 7.1.4 speaker configuration.
We designed this music complex that consists of 2 control rooms and a large Live Room. The live room measures 75 square meters, designed specifically for use during ensemble recording with its own challenges.

his fine mastering room is in the home of the owner. On the third floor! We had to float the entire room. There are neighbors on both sides and below.

Rose Room Recording began as a 3rd floor warehouse space and evolved into what you will see here. This build had its own unique challenges that were met by equally unique solutions. Enjoy.
This is Vahagn’s Home Studio. It is built in the basement of his home. All the walls and ceilings are concrete as most homes in this part of the world. The studio is treated accordingly and the tracking room is optimized for Piano.

This studio began as Katameya Studio and was originally commissioned by Omar Raafat. It was sold when Omar moved to Canada. It is now The Mix Studios.
